2005 Subaru Impreza WRX wagon
We had done few WRX/STI before here at J-Tune, but you may ask why we do the write up on this” Wagon”…… . Do I have to say more ?

After removal of long block is time to strip it down and inspect for any necessary parts that needed to be replace.
Disassemble of the cylinder head and ready to clean and inspect and shims checked.
ARP head studs and newer version oil pump is a must for the re-build
We take pride on what we do here at J Tune, we clean most of the parts from camshaft pulley down to dipstick tube before re-installation
Heat wrapping the new Perrin Big tube up pipe, this will also help the turbo spool up.
New AMR turbo, the true bolt-on turbo
Clutch master clutch kit and flywheel, and the extra bung for the dyno wideband is welded on the down-pipe.
We don’t just clean most of the parts that we reinstall to the engine, we also clean the engine bay,sub-frame, lines and hoses. everything
AEM analog gauge had a little problem with the Subaru’s electrical system, but no problem for the J-Tune team all fixed.
Everything is done, all fluid is in and check, ready for the break-in, and tune coming shorty after.
Tein coilover is set-up, and alignment is done ready to roll
